Battle of New Orleans was fought here. 

Oldest Catholic church still in use in the French Quarter.  Beatiful building.

Also caught two sail catfish today.

We arrived in New Orleans last evening.  Looking forward to see the town.  Will post picture as soon as I take them. Tony

Spent the day in key west, fl.   The day started dreary with lots of rain.  But it cleared and we had a great day.  Streets of key west were flooded but had started to drain and clear by the time we left.  Finished the day fishing and watching the sunset.

Windy and a little rainy, but still beautiful.

Today I leave for Marathon Island.  This island is in the middle of the the Florida Keys.  I have have not been in the Keys for a few years, so I am looking forward to going back.  I will post pictures and comments daily.
